Just a quick note to say I love your company! Not only did I get personalized emails re: the inventory status, delivery was very quick and when my alpaca reins with slobber straps arrived, the quality was amazing: soft, comfortable and the braided texture really agrees with my hands. I get many compliments on them and will be ordering another pair for Christmas.
