I just had to write to you and let you know what a superior product the weighted at the bit end reins are. They are super heavy and feel like an "old" piece of tack in my hand. Such a great broke in feeling. I rode with them tonight and what a difference in the communication with my horse. No more cheap reins for me, your's are worth every penny!! Having just gotten my 4-year old back from training I was in desperate need of a headstall that fit him properly as my existing tack was a bit too tight on him and I could swear that he was still growing. After visiting a few local tack stores to no avail, I decided to go onto the internet and began to Google "large horse headstalls". After visiting quite a few sites, I happened upon Buckaroo Leather's blog and then followed the link to the store site and viewed the various pages of tack and leather products for sale. I really liked the variety and look of the tack, so I sent an email asking if a particular headstall could be fitted for a large horse. A very prompt response was received back and after deciding on another headstall I put a call in and placed an order for this headstall & a new set of matching reins. Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful & polite and my new tack arrived, much to my delight, quicker than anticipated. You know I thought my existing tack was rather nice looking but it does not even compare to my new tack from Buckaroo Leather. Both the headstall and matching reins came nicely oiled, the leather is of great quality & weight as well as the tacks craftsmanship. The "how to care for" card that accompanied the tack will help ensure that I will get many, many years of use. I am very pleased to say the least and will most definitely be transitioning the tack of my other 3 horses to that of Buckaroo Leather!
